Hi Ash,

We are planning to start a mobile app development company for which our 1st app is in the final stage of development. I am the financing this whole project and is the owner of the app idea. The other two guys working on the app are the developers. We are expecting this app to generate some revenue with the ads. We have an unsaid understanding that we are partners in this business. I wan to know what should be the fair distribution of % each member should have ?

I think sometimes these deadlocks occur and it eventually end up as company partition which
effects not only the whole company operations and structure but this partition also breaks the whole brand value or image of company in minds of customers which is hard to get back.

I like your post its a fact basically whats happens in partnership is that initially partners agree on 50% 50% but later on they start feeling that according to the roles and responsibility they should get more which results in disputes and differences and here company suffers so before entering into any partnership everything should be clear, so that one can focus only on growth of the company.
